Our Mission
Proclaiming the gospel to the ends of the earth
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free and to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour.”
Luke 4:18-19
We engage in the proclamation of the Gospel in both initial and ongoing evangelisation, especially with the young, the marginalised and the unchurched. We seek to have expectant faith, creativity and boldness, opening up the Gospel in fresh ways to engage contemporary peoples and cultures.
Our proclamation aims at the total conversion of the person through a personal acceptance of Jesus as Saviour and Lord and surrender to the infilling, recreating work of the Holy Spirit.
Where possible, we join alongside the Missionaries of God’s Love Priests and Brothers
and the Disciples of Jesus Covenant Community in our ministries and mission.
